"Please ensure you have the legal right to work in this country" ?? Does this automatically exclude those needing work-visa to do the internship in London?
Hi Arber,
well, they must operate in accordance with law and they can't be responsible for everything, can they? It doesn't exclude you, you just need to arrange your work visa in GB beforehand, which I realize is not so easy to obtain, but I wish you luck with this point.
All the best,
Kristina,

Hi,
can you please tell me whether the costs, such as a plane ticket and accommodation are covered by the company or not.
Thank you,
Kristina
Hi, Kristina,
as you will be getting a regular salary, I think it is highly improbable. In my opinion.
All the best,
Kristina,
Mladiinfo
Dear Mladiinfo,
I did not receive the confirmation after filling in the form.. there was not written "successfully sent"…
what do you think?
regards, Nina
Please, if anybody fills in the application post here whether or not they received confirmation either through E-mail, or just with written text on the screen..
Nina,
I also did not receive a confirmation letter….
I have no idea why ?
Greetings!
Dear Sofia and Nina,
it is strange for me, too, not to receive the confirmation of mail reception. But as you've already mentioned, maybe that is how it works or maybe they need more time to process all the applications. Let's hope the Economist received it.
Good luck in your future endeavours,
Kristina,
Mladiinfo
Dear Sofia,
that was the thing I asked for.It is a little bit weird.. it turns out that is the way it is, but still.. anywhere I applied I received confirmation.

Hello all, has anyone heard back since making their application? I have not heard a word.
Carlos
Same with me. I believe they are contacting only shortlisted applicants.
However, they are also rejecting qualified candidates who are not likely to get a work permit in UK.
That's my opinion.
Carlos and Milan,
Has the answers been revealed yet?? I thought they have received just too many of them, there were several positions announced and the answers are supposed to be one month before the internship starts. so that we should have hope until the end of May..
