Description
The Carl Friedrich Goerdeler-Kolleg is an international intensive professional development program for young executives from the public sector (public administration, public companies, non-profit organizations, etc.). The Goerdeler-Kolleg is conducted as a joint project of the Robert Bosch Foundation and the German Council on Foreign Relations, and is named after the administrative lawyer and member of the German resistance Carl Friedrich Goerdeler (1884-1945).
The Kolleg will enable young executives to extend their professional training in seminars and to take an active part in discussions and project workshops, build up their network of contacts in Germany, the EU, and all participating countries, and make a contribution to the development of good governance in public administration, business, and civil society.
The year-long program consists of a 3-week seminar in Berlin and yet another town from August 29 to September 19, 2015, a project phase in your home country from October 2015 to August 2016, a mid-term seminar in March 2016 (4 days), and a concluding seminar in Berlin in August 2016 (3 days).
Eligibility
The program is open to young executives from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine. The working language is German.
Costs
The Robert Bosch Foundation will cover travel expenses, accommodation costs, seminars and the German language course, as well as an allowance of 400 Euros.
