They are looking for both, early stage and experienced software/ application developers and engineers in the certain areas:
-ADAS
-Digitalization
-E-Drive
-Electronics
-Quality Management
-Safety
-Security
-Software
-Testing

What they expect from your side:

-Knowledge of one of those programming languages C, C++, JavaScript, embedded C
-Familiarity with AUTOSAR, Matlab/Simulink, Altium Design, LaVIEW, LTspice
-Strong interest in the automotive area (ADAS/AD, E-Mobility, hybrid vehicles, combustion)
-Strong communication skills in English, German is an asset
-Personality is more than anything else!
