Description
The International Vaccine Institute (IVI), an international organization that discovers, develops and delivers vaccines to improve the health of children in developing countries, is holding its third international photo contest “The Children of the World”.
The themes for entries are:
- Smiling Children;
- Children of Different Countries;
- Children of Developing Countries.
The photo contest is fully supported by the Yanghyun Foundation, a Korean foundation that aims to contribute to the betterment of society through supporting research, medical assistance, and social welfare programs.
Eligibility
The Children of the World Photo Contest is open to all, with the entry limited to three photos per person.
Prizes
There are a total of four prize categories:
- Gran Prize: $2,000;
- Gold Prize: $1,000;
- Silver Prize: $500 (2 people);
- Bronze Prize: $200 (6 people).
Application
In order to enter the competition you must complete the entry form and upload up to 3 photos. The photos must be in JPEG or jpg format and they should be 3000 x 2000 pixels (6.0 megapixels).
The deadline is 31 August 2014.
The winners will be chosen on September 30th and will be notified through the contest website and by e-mail.
