Description
The weekly Magazine on politics, economy and culture “Revolution” invites you to be a part of the open competition “Raise your voice – have an attitude!”.
Send three essays through which you will present your oppinions and arguments on one of the following topics:
- Promotion of the European assets in The Republic of Macedonia
- Preservation of the identity within the EU
- Eu’s policies towards the West Balkan
- Rights originate from the Constitution and the Laws, not from the will of the politicians
- Youth participation in the civil society
- Prevention of hate speech in the society
- Fight agains populist methods for manipulation with the public
- Fight against various forms of institutional discrimination
- Economic development of the Republic of Macedonia
- The economic prospects of the Republic of Macedonia
- Combating the growing financial and existential dependency of citizens as a result of government policy
The text that you submit should be written in Macedonian language and should not be longer than 900 words.
The texts will be judged on the validity of arguments, creative way of writing, clarity and precision of expression. The texts will be evaluated as follows:
- Maximum 70 points will be received by a committee composed of members of the organization and external partners
- Maximum 30 points will be received by the number of Likes on the portal “Revolution”.
Eligibility
Participation is open to all citizens of Macedonia, aged 18-27, regardless of their gender, education level, ethnic or religious affiliation.
Prizes
- I place- 3 000 MKD
- II place- 2 000 MKD
- III place- 1 000 MKD
The top five authors will have the opportunity to become regular contributors to the portal and weekly magazine for politics, economy and culture “Revolution” and to participate in the activities of MMP-Skopje.

The deadline for applying is March 10. The results of the contest will be announced March 19 on the website of the portal “Revolution”.
