The EUROPRIX Multimedia Awards address young, creative multimedia developers under 30 years, who work in the field of media design and e-Content.
The main idea is to encourage the best young talents from all around Europe and establish a Europe-wide platform for promoting the best multimedia projects. In addition to the renowned awards the EUROPRIX offers an international network of students, producers and lecturers. The EUROPRIX Multimedia Awards are organized for the 14th time and invite students and young professionals from 40 countries.

Eligibility
This competition is open to top student or a young professional under 30 (born after 1.1.1981), who live in the European Union or the EFTA, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, FYR Macedonia, Israel, Montenegro, Serbia or Turkey and that are working on an outstanding, innovative and creative project.

The product, project or application and the user interface may be in any official language used in the countries of the contest. However, all registration information must be in English.
All entries have to be complete products or applications. No drafts, demonstrations or unfinished prototypes or demos can be accepted. The submitted product or application must be completed in 2010 or 2011.

Awards
– Invitation for the 30 nominated finalist teams (2 people per team) to the EUROPRIX Multimedia Festival in Graz (10th-12th of November 2011 – costs for travels, room & board will be covered by a grant) and to partner events all across Europe.
– The EUROPRIX special award winner will get the opportunity to work with some renowned international business experts.
– Web showcase of all nominated projects and extensive promotion through the EUROPRIX network.
– Unique and very useful networking and co-operation possibilities with top companies in the business and young creative designers.
– Promotion of the best teams at well-known events and universities throughout Europe.
– The nominated teams will take the centre stage of the special EUROPRIX exhibition in the Technical Museum in Vienna (82.000 visitors).
– Quality Seal for your high quality project.
Entry fee
For first-time participants submitting only one project the registration is free, but the entrance fees for second time participants or second projects/products are:
■ Euro 50 for students and young professionals coming from Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxemburg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland or the United Kingdom.
■ Euro 25 for students and young professionals coming from Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, the Former Yugoslavian Republic of Macedonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Poland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Romania and Turkey.
