Triangle France is a non profit structure based in the Friche Belle de Mai, France. It has for aim to promote contemporary art through its residency program and shows and events taking place in the Friche but also in some partners places, in France or abroad.
Triangle France offer a 2 residency programms:
1. from September to the end of December 2010 (4 months)
2. from January to late April 2011 (4 months)
The residency program include:
– Free studio of around 80 m² with DSL in Marseille, 10mn walk from the rail station and city center
– Accommodation for 100 euros/ month/ artist (shared apartment with the other two resid – ents).
– Production grant of 1000 euros (on presentation of receipts)
– Logistical support (production assistance, access to computers, sound and video equip – ment, assistance in research of materials, techniques, partnerships…list of available equip – ment provided on request)
NB. The association is not able to cover travel costs.

Application procedure
All interested applicatnts should submit a portfolio concisting of:
– images of the work (maximum 15 pages)
– text about the work
– full resumé (CV)
– motivation letter (proposal of a speci?c project is not necessary)
– a self-addressed, stamped envelope for return of mailed portfolios if required.
+ videos on DVD if the artist makes videos (no Quicktime format accepted)
The portfolio should be submitted by 15th May 2010 in PDF format to: emilie@trianglefrance.org
