Description
This is a two-days seminar with the purpose to raise awareness among youth about the problems associated with climate change, sustainable development and waste management.
This seminar is continuing of the activities of the Platform for youth sustainability which has the purpose of bringing together the most relevant youth organizations in the Republic of Macedonia, such as GoGreen, AIESEC, Youth Educational Forum, Association of Scouts and the Association Let`s do it Macedonia and provide them education and activating of their members in projects related to sustainable development and environmental protection.
The seminar is organized by AIESEC Skopje and the Association Let`s do it Macedonia, in collaboration with the other members of the platform.
This seminar is also the beginning of the project ”United for tomorrow” in organization of AIESEC Skopje. Lectures and workshops, seminars and other activities will be provided for the realization of this important project.
Venue
The two-day seminar will take place on the 3rd and 4th of March 2012, at the Faculty of Economics, Skopje, Macedonia.
Costs
There are no costs, the seminar is free of charge.
Eligibility
Young people aged 14-29 from Macedonia are invited to take part in the seminar.
