Description:
The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) invites applications for its Young Associate Programme 2025-2027. This initiative offers recent graduates a two-year opportunity to contribute to the OECD’s mission of promoting policies that improve economic and social well-being worldwide. Young Associates will work within various directorates, including the Environment Directorate, engaging in research, policy analysis, and project management. This role provides exposure to international policy development and the chance to collaborate with experts in diverse fields.
Eligibility:
- Citizenship of an OECD member country
- Undergraduate degree in relevant fields such as environmental policy, economics, political science, or public policy, with graduation between January 1, 2024, and September 1, 2025
- Coursework in areas like Natural Resources Governance, Environmental Economics, Climate Change Policy, or Biodiversity Management
- Proficiency in one of the OECD’s official languages (English or French) and willingness to learn the other
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
