The Animayo International Poster Contest is an opportunity for creative individuals to submit original poster designs to represent the Animayo Festival 2025. The design should capture the essence of the festival, which focuses on animation, visual effects, and video games. The winning poster will become the official image of Animayo 2025 and be used in promotional materials.

The contest is organized by the Animayo Festival, a prestigious event that celebrates the best in animation and visual storytelling. Participants are encouraged to be innovative and use a variety of techniques, including digital or manual illustration, photography, or mixed media.

Eligibility:

  • Open to artists, graphic designers, and illustrators from any country.

How to apply?

  • Poster Theme:
    • The design must represent the spirit and essence of the Animayo Festival, focusing on animation, visual effects, and video games.
    • The poster should be innovative, original, and able to communicate the message of creativity and audiovisual culture.
  • Format:
    • The poster must be submitted in vertical format, with dimensions of 50 x 70 cm.
    • The submission must be a high-resolution file (300 dpi) in PDF or JPG format.
    • The design should leave space for the placement of the Animayo logo and other related information.
  • Participation:
    • Open to individuals and groups from any country, with no age restrictions.
    • Participants can submit multiple entries.
  • Exclusivity:
    • The design must be original and unpublished. It cannot have been submitted to other competitions or been used for other events or organizations.
  • Rights and Ownership:
    • By participating, the artist agrees to transfer the usage rights of their work to the Animayo Festival for promotional and advertising purposes.
    • The winning design becomes the official image of Animayo 2025 and will be featured across all promotional platforms, including posters, programs, and the website.
  • Submission Process:
    • Entries must be submitted via the official Animayo website platform by the deadline.
    • Submissions must include the participant’s contact information and comply with the technical requirements specified.
  • Judging Criteria:
    • Entries will be judged on originality, creativity, and how well they reflect the Animayo Festival’s themes.
    • The decision of the jury is final.
