This contest aims to celebrate humor in poetry, offering writers the opportunity to showcase their creative work to a broad audience. Eligibility:
The contest is open to all poets worldwide, regardless of nationality or age. Both published and unpublished poems are accepted, but submissions must be original and not previously submitted to this contest.
Benefits:
A total of $3,500 in prizes will be awarded. The first-place winner will receive $2,000, while the second-place winner will get $500, and 10 honorable mentions will receive $100 each. All prizewinners will be published on the Winning Writers website, giving global exposure to their work.
