CEE Bankwatch Network Finance and Administration Team is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator. This network Human Resources Coordinator post is flexible and may be based in the offices of any our member groups in central and eastern Europe or in our central office in Prague. The position reports to the Finance and Administration Director.
Applicants should have the necessary legal status to work in one of our member group countries.

Key elements of the job  :

  • Coordinating the development and implementation of Human Resources initiatives and programs
  • Providing counselling on Human Resources policies and procedures
  • Coordinating the hiring process
  • Creating, managing and coordinating onboarding plans
  • Assisting in evaluation processes
  • Maintaining employee records and databases including preparation of contract under different labour laws
  • Reviewing employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance and staff well-being in different European countries
  • Assist with visa applications and processes
  • Communicate with external payroll accountants from different countries of employment

Eligibility

  • Knowledge of European labour codes (preferably Czech, others are an advantage)
  • Experience with Human resources processes in an international context
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite, including Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent people skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Advanced level English (both verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of Serbian/Croatian would be an advantage

They offer an initial contract for a fixed period of one year, to be converted to an indefinite contract afterwards if both parties agree.
