IPPF-EN are seeking a committed professional to contribute to a culture of analysis and critical reflection across their network. S/he will support fuller understanding of the external context as well as capture and integration of good practice and learning to drive results across the region and progress Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights for all, especially the most marginalized and vulnerable.

Eligibility

Candidates should have three to five years experience in Knowledge Management (with a focus on technological solutions) and Organisational Learning ideally in an (international) NGO environment. S/he should be adept at creating and maintaining KM systems and/or processes which promote evidence-based decision-making and/or learning to optimize performance. The ideal candidate should enjoy keeping abreast of latest (technological) developments within the Knowledge Management and Organisational Learning sector, be able to distinguish and advise on the value/application of each to (non-technical) colleagues and partners with varying levels of KM expertise. Fluency in English is essential with excellent written and oral communication as well as strong interpersonal skills.
