Description

“My Precious Plastics” is an international design competition that wants to rethink the endless possibilities of plastics and 3D printing technologies for designing unconventional jewelry pieces.

The competition is open to designers from around the globe, who are interested in taking a step into the world of 3D-printed jewelry.

Eligibility

The competition categories include: Finger, Neck and Wrist. Each designer can upload a maximum of three (3) different designs for each category.

The Top 10 designs in each category will be printed and sent to the designers, together with a professional picture. Five designs will receive an honorable mention from mything.

Award

A total of 4,500 Euro in prizes are waiting for the winners and there’s no inscription fee

The best three (3) designs in each category will be awarded:

  • 1st place: 750 Euro
  • 2nd place: 500 Euro
  • 3rd place: 250 Euro

How to Apply?

In addition, all entries will be available for purchase on the mything.com marketplace for a minimum of 6 months.

Participants should upload their designs (*.STL files) by 10th September 10th 2017 through the official website.
