Description
Paid Trainee Enterprise Sales Programm in Berlin at eKomi is the 24-month trainee program, starting the latest on 01 October 2016 you will learn about enterprise sales through a unique combination of external coaching and on-the-job training. This includes lead generation, appointment setting, concept creation, and contract signing as well as essential daily data management in a CRM system. In other words, software sales at a world-class level – steep learning curve included.
External training will be provided by some of the best trainers. During your on-the-job training you will be assigned to some of the top leaders in the sale of software and services, who worked previously in fast-growing software companies or as consultants in companies like McKinsey Company. A highly motivated and diverse team from approximately 20 countries that lives English as a company language. Enjoy fun, success, and Berlin vibes in the headquarters between Kreuzberg and Mitte.
Eligibility
- Have completed your studies and are interested in demanding sales solutions;
- Have excellent PC and MS Office skills (esp. Power Point, Word and Excel);
- Willing to travel, and have a constant motivation to thrive;
- Fluent in German and have at least a good knowledge of English (more language skills are a bonus, especially if at a proficient level).
