Description

In July 2016 the Institute for Youth Development (Kyrgyzstan) is to host the first tent type youth educational forum-camp. The main idea of the event is the formation of civic values among young people. Priority objectives of the camp are: to instill a sense of responsibility and consciousness as a citizen, to show the possibilities and the role of youth in today’s society.

Forum will bring together 600 young people from across the country. More than 50 international and national trainers, speakers are being invited. All participants of the forum-camp will live be living in tents, which stimulate the sense of responsibility, friendship and tolerance. The forum provides trainings, master classes, workshops according to the Forum’s main topics such as “culture, history and art”, “business and entrepreneurship”, “science and innovation”, and “civic participation.”

Eligibility

  • Young people at age 18-30;
  • Open to both males and females.

Costs

  • Hosting organization covers local transportation costs, accommodation and meals for the participants;
  • International flights won’t be covered.
