Training Seminar on Visegrad Minorities in 2025

Description

Our societies are facing new challenges and media should react to that. The aim of the training seminar is therefore to improve media literacy, as well as media-related skills and other competences of students – future journalists – in mainstreaming of minority perspectives in media coverage, in order to report and produce quality, interesting stories reflecting positions of all parts of our societies. Main topics of the training are: Minorities, Media, V4 and more. The training will take place in Bratislava, Slovakia, from 9th til 11th of June 2016.

Eligibility

  • Students from 18 to 26 years old from Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia;
  • Be fluent English speakers;
  • Preferably have background in humanities.

Costs

Covered travel costs from/to country of residence, board and accommodation (2 nights), training materials, local transport.
