Description

Training Course “You(th) Can Do It” is related to social entrepreneurship and community development. There are two main objectives that they want to achieve with this training course. First of all with the activities they are planning to start a process of improving participants’ managerial skills. For that purpose, they will organize activities such as project cycle management, context analysis, needs/problem analysis, assessment of potential solutions, project design etc. Secondly, they all shall focus on community development which they shall relate to project management.

With all these, they believe all the participants will get the opportunity to face their local needs and find out global challenges; so they will find out how to contribute to sustainable growth and development in their local communities.

Eligibility

Youth workers, youth leaders, volunteers from Italy, Macedonia, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Slovak Republic.

Costs

Accommodation, food and material costs are fully covered by the organizers. Travel reimbursement will be done according to Erasmus+ Rules.
