Description

Ukraine Lab is an interdisciplinary platform for effective networking and cross-sector collaboration for change makers and think tank for visions and innovations for civil society and culture. The event is part of the Ukrainian non-profit institution “Insha Osvita” that has been running activities across Ukraine since 2010 focusing on quality management of non-formal education and adult education. This event will be focused on the following issues:

  • Innovation and interdisciplinary approaches for building peace and cooperation;
  • Period of transformation – what does it mean and what it can bring to Ukraine?
  • Vision for the civil sector and culture in Ukraine.

The “Ukraine Lab Forum: Visions for peace-building and the new role of civil society and culture” will take place from 21st until 24th of September 2015 in Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine

Eligibility

Insha Osvita invites civic and cultural organisations, informal initiative groups, media, social enterprises, socially responsible businesses, government agencies, political organizations, institutions of formal and non-formal education at the second Forum in the framework of a long-term project “Ukraine Lab”. There are expected around 70 participants from different regions of Ukraine and 20 participants from EU countries.

Costs

The travel expenses, accommodation and meals during the event are covered by the organizers.
