Description
NISI MASA, the European Network of Young Cinema, is a non-profit organisation present all around Europe, with more than 30 member associations dedicated to cinema in different fields.
NISA MASA is currently looking for an Office Coordinator who will be in charge of the Communication and Network related tasks in the office but will also be involved in consulting and decision making on all matters of the European Office, working closely with the Office Coordinator of Finances and European Grants.
The tasks associated with the position are related to external and internal communication, but also include administrative assistance. The employee will start on February 2015 and will work full time in the NISI MASA European Office in Paris, but will also have the opportunity to assist NISI MASA projects on location all around Europe.
Eligibility
In order to be eligible candidates should meet the following criteria:
- good command of both English and French (oral and written);
- excellent communication skills in formal (institutional) and informal settings;
- knowledge and experience of using social media, email, newsletters in a professional context;
- good time management and organisation skills;
- good team working skills;
- ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.
Previous involvement in and knowledge of the NISI MASA network, as well as knowledge of European grants in the Youth and audiovisual fields will be a plus.
Remuneration
The monthly remuneration will be €1,128. In addition transportation and accommodation costs will be covered when assisting projects.
