Description

YJAW (Young Journalist & Writers) is an online social global blog for young people around the globe. Founded in 2013, it has reached to more than 89 countries with 156 registered young writers. Their main aim is to provide young people a digital platform and ways to enhance connections and networking with other change makers around the world to solve global social problems through writing, online tools and social media.

YJAW is now recruiting executives for year 2014-2015. It will be a volunteer work and the following positions are available:

  • Editorial Board;
  • Social Media Manager;
  • Graphic Designer;
  • Coordinator;
  • Writer;
  • Change markers.

Eligibility

The positions are open to writers, journalists, bloggers and activists worldwide. In order to be eligible you must be between 14-29 years old.

Benefits

The volunteers will have the opportunity to get experience, enhance the worth of their CV, learn how to work online in a team, as well as publish their own writings and stories. As a volunteer you can can represent YJAW at any event and they can provide you reference letters.
