Description
This year the participants can choose between five councils and Mostar International Model United Nations (MOSTIMUN) Insight which is the official media body of MOSTIMUN:
- United Nations Security Council (the main United Nations organ in charge of maintaining collective peace and security);
- United Nations Human Rights Council (one of the main United Nations organs in charge of human rights promotion and condemnation of its violations);
- Futuristic Security Council (main United Nations organ shifted into future with same mandate of maintaining collective peace and security);
- G20 Summit (group of states consisted of major growing world economies primarily interested in solving economic and development issues);
- African Union (regional organization of African states primarily interested into resolving issues within the area of its mandate – African continent);
- MOSTIMUN Insight.
Costs
The fees for participants requiring accommodation will be 85 euros. The fee covers:
- five nights in a hotel;
- five breakfasts;
- four lunches;
- four dinners (including a Herzegovinian dinner, and a Gala dinner).
Local participants, who do not require accommodation will be required to pay a fee of 25 euros, which includes:
- four lunches;
- four dinners (including a Herzegovinian dinner, and a Gala dinner).
The deadline for the fee payment is: 15 February 2014.
Eligibility
The Mostar International Model United Nations is open for all interested candidates.
