Description
The Real Deal PBA offers a platform for newcomers and experienced project promoters to come together and build up partnerships for future youth exchanges. You can plan your projects and get support and evaluation for your plans.
The Real Deal wants to offer you both a possibility to meet suitable partners for future youth exchanges and give you a helping hand in planning one. Step-by-step approach helps you and your partners to get closer to your actual project plan and an application in the first year of Erasmus+ Programme.
The programme shows different steps which are taken in order to reach the set objectives.
- Getting to know each other and the organisational backgrounds
- Understanding Erasmus+ and its values
- Exploring quality aspects within youth exchanges
- Creating partnerships
- Developing project ideas and concrete action plans
Project Building
Smaller groups start the concrete work on building projects, interspersed with short lectures and mini workshops on different topics (IC dangers, NFE-FE, participative methods for young people …). You will get feedback for your project plan from your peers, the trainers and possibly from an National Agency officer. Realising a project is easier, when the ideas have been processed further already in the training. We invest in you, so that you can invest into your young people!
Eligibility
The activity promotes cooperation with South East Europe (Macedonia, Montenegro, Albania, Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Kosovo): roughly half of the participants will come from the region.
The call is also open for all the Programme Countries, although priority is given for participants from Macedonia, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Switzerland, Austria, Poland, the Netherlands and Finland.
