Description

The World Competition for Children’s Drawings will take place in Bansko, Bulgaria. Children aged 4-15 can take part in this contest. They can chose free subject or related to nature, landscape, animals, plants or experiences among nature. There are 2 Prizes: “Little Moler” – statuette and a money prize and the Special Prize of the “Little Zograff” Foundation.

Eligibility

Children aged 4-15 may apply.

Picture Size:

  • min. 30/40 cm
  • max. 49/70 cm

Materials to use:

There are not specifications as to materials, instruments or mode of drawing but the entries must be the original works of the children.

Number of entries:
Each participant may submit up to 2 pictures.

Prizes

The Big Prize of the town of Bansko – “Little Moler” statuette and a money prize.

The Special Prize of the “Little Zograff” Foundation

  • Gold prize – 12
  • Silver prize – 24
  • Bronze prize – 36
  • Honorable Mention – 50

An exhibition with the entries which were awarded a prize will be held 7th September 2013 in Bansko.

The entries which have been awarded a prize will be published into a catalogue to be presented to each winner.

How to apply

Entry pieces must be completed on the back at the lower left – hand corner with block letters or typed on a sheet of paper 15/20 sm./for the overseas entries/ with the following data:

  •  First name
  •  Family name
  •  Gender
  •  Age
  •  Nationality
  •  Address /e-mail, telephone/
  •  Title of the picture

      Yes, the contest is open worldwide, if you are 15 you can still apply, it is not specified, that you need to be under 15 to be eligible.

    1. Dear Femida,

      It says in the post that the minimum picture size is 30×40 cm and the maximum is 49×70 cm. A3 paper is 29.7cm x 42cm, so it is probably appropriate for you to use for the competition, but A4 paper is too small.
