Description

The University of Pavia (UNIPV), in order to promote international cooperation with Developing Countries, offers 6 scholarships of 8.000 Euros each as scholarships to study at the University of Pavia during the academic year 2013-2014. Each scholarship will cover also the expenses for the Visa and for the travel to Italy and back (economy class).

UNIPV and its students decided to create the ‘Fund for Cooperation & Knowledge – in and out of Pavia’. The Fund is financed thanks to the contribution both of the students (2 Euros each) and of the University itself. The Fund is intended to provide scholarships to students from Developing Countries, who wish to study one year at the University of Pavia, and to UNIPV students who would like to spend some months in a Developing Country for studying, researching and/or training.

Applicants may select only a course degree taught in English, selected among the following ones offered by the University of Pavia:

Applying for this scholarship Program does not mean to apply automatically also for one of the Master courses listed above. To answer to this call for applications means applying for a scholarship. Successful candidates will have to be admitted to the course degree they selected in their application form by doing what the Secretary of that course requires. If they fail and they are not admitted, they will not receive the scholarship. Consequently, applicants are warmly invited to check the admission criteria for the courses listed above by reading the information available on the related websites. However, candidates might not contact the coordinators of these courses during the application process to ask them to check their CVs.

    1. Dear Dado,

If you cannot find Montenegro listed in the Developing Countries reported in the World Bank list and classified as a low-income economy or as a lower-middle-income economy by the World Bank, then probably you cannot apply for this scholarship. However, you might want to check the information with the responsible contact person. Contacts can be found at the official webpage.

      Best regards,
