The Quest for Quality Training Course is organised in co-operation between Estonian, French, German, and Hungarian NAs of the Youth in Action programme, to train on the improvement of qualitative elements in Training and Networking projects (Actions 4.3 & 3.1) of the YiA program.
Objectives:
• explore special focus of Training and Networking within global context of the Youth in Action programme;
• clarify the 8 different activity types of Action 4.3, 3.1 projects;
• understand key elements of a good quality T&N project;
• develop participant’s competences in planning Non Formal Education and Intercultural Learning Processes, highlighting Youthpass issue;
• simulate the first steps of contact-making for organising future projects

This training course is open to youth leaders, youth workers, trainers, project managers from Program Countries.
