Romanian National Agency is organizing this Seminar because it considers that coaching is an important aspect of the non-formal learning process inside youth projects and wants to create a platform to further discuss about the topic in a more structured way.
The main aim of this training is to offer the possibility for people involved in coaching youth projects at European level to get together and discuss about the topic, whit the following objectives:
1. to put together experts who are familiar with the topic of coaching in YiA program
2. to define and explore the concept of youth coaching at an European level
3. to exchange good practices and share of knowledge among the participants
Eligibility
The target group for this seminar should consist of youth workers with experience in coaching, and who are already familiar with Youth in Action projects in general and Youth Initiatives projects in particular, who have preferably already been involved in a Youth Initiative project as coaches and/or have already participated in a Coach to Coach Training Course.

Costs
Costs for accommodation and board are fully covered by the Romanian National Agency. Travel costs will be covered by the respective sending National Agencies.
