  2. I am a deaf individual (Hearing impaired) man Kenyan i have holder Advocacy/ lobbing skills and counsellor I have been used for deaf people living I do believe my skills have been able to change the lives of many whereas am the TI Member Supporter since but from the following program in 2010 I felt that deaf people were very less educated and society sees them with inferior point of view. Normal people’s life style and society is very high as compared to our deaf society. Normal people get success very fast, but nobody helps us to get success, as a result I feel very bad that deaf people and their family members do not get the proper co-operation from society which they deserve.

I feel it can provide a good background in the field for people who want to work with people with disabilities in developing countries to support them in their struggle for human rights and to escape poverty. The most valuable course for me personally was a course in project design that helped me gain more confidence in my ability to evolve a clearly focused project idea and develop it into a cohesive plan of action as the International Deaf-Aid Phone Transparency Initiative with the of TI if you are in true with me, so that the deaf society can benefit as a global campaign to create transparency in the records of how aid money is spent who want to live out to publicly advocate in area of policy, research, and advocacy based to be part of transparency group that use Strategies and non partition coalition for deaf with a shared vision of corrupt free world DUE TO THAT INTERNSHIP I INTERESTING.
