Description
European Assosiation of Research Managers and Administratiors (EARMA) located in Brussels is now on the brink of launching its professional development scheme, consisting of three certified and accredited course programs of two year each. In order to set up the scheme, EARMA wishes to engage services to help realize the most ambitious life-long-learning program in the history of research administration in Europe. EARMA is working together with the sister association in the UK, ARMA, who are handling the certification process. What they are looking for is a person, who is self-motivated, proactive, independent and creative. The person will:
- Market the program: produce flyers, set up a website, communicate with potential candidates;
- Establish a registration module, handle registrations and payments;
- Negotiate with venues;
- Plan training, work with trainers;
- Prepare course information and course material;
- Follow up on evaluation;
- Liaise with their ARMA partners;
In short: be the catalyst who brings the brilliant ideas to reality.
Eligibility
You need to be fluent in English, spoken and written, and you need to be able to allocate time to fulfill the tasks within the deadlines. We need a person who can start immediately.
Remuneration
We estimate this to be 3 months full-time equivalent work in 2014, at a fixed price of € 10.000 to be delivered between 1 April 2014 – 30 November 2014.
