Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance (SEAD) seeks a highly motivated and experienced teacher for the subjects of contemporary and choreography. SEAD is looking for a very strong, physical, clear contemporary teacher who would like to be part of the team for school year 2010-2011. Ideally this person would have other subjects he/she could teach such as yoga and somatic practices.
Class types: contemporary, choreography; – yoga, alternative dance techniques appreciated.
The contract will be offered on an initial 10 months basis. The position will be full time during the academy program from mid september until mid july.
Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance (SEAD) is a center for training contemporary dancers and choreographers. The academy offers a four year professional dance education in performance, creative research, choreographic exploration as well as a postgraduate for performance and choreography.
Requirements
The candidate should be a very responsible and organised person passionate about their field of interest and able to mentor, track progress and assess student development.
