Description
The Green European Foundation, the Heinrich-Böll Foundation and FYEG will organise a second seminar with the title “Queering Green Theory/Greening Queer Theory” in Belgrade, Serbia from the 3rd to the 8th October 2012. This seminar represents the second part of a series of three seminars on the Balkans in 2012 concerning the issue of LGBTQ with an accent on the situation in the Balkan region and the historic, social, cultural and juridical realities that come into play when dealing with LGTBQ issues in the region.
The main aims of the seminar are:
- education on LGBTQ rights
- preparing specific actions for the third seminar
- cooperating with the LGBTQ scene in Serbia
Eligibility
The call is open for participants between 18-30 from all over Europe interested in this topic, energetic and active and willing to share ideas, knowledge and experience.
Reimbursement
From the technical side, the organizers strive to reimburse 70 % of the participants travel cost. Accommodation and food will be fully covered.
