Description
The Danish United Nations Association and Happy Kids are looking for a co-trainer for a training in Denmark from January 4th to 12th 2012.
The trainer will be a part of an experienced team of trainers.
The trainer will among others have responsibility for following sessions:
- Get to know each other
- Teambuilding
- Use of simulation games (The trainer will conduct an simulation exercise from Compass. Organizers are suggesting “Access to medicaments” (Page 80) but other simulation games could be selected by the trainer. After the exercise and in connection with debriefing, the participants will discuss how they can use the same or similar exercises in their work.)
- Use of other methods (The trainer will conduct another exercise than simulation game. The exercise is suggested to be “To vote, or not to vote” (Compass page 238) but the trainer has freedom in selection of methods.
- After the exercise and in connection with debriefing, the participants will discuss how they can use the same or similar exercises in their work.)
- “Can I come in?” (Compass page 98)
Eligibility
The trainer should:
- Have at least 3 years experience as a trainer
- Have experience working with Youth in Action Program
- Have experience in working with human rights education with young people
- Be experienced in using Compass.
Remuneration
The trainer can expect a salary of 300-800 € depending on experience. The trainer should have legal residence in Turkey.
