E-factor: Training Course on Education to Employability, Sweden

Can Non-Formal Education support unemployed youngsters? How can a youth worker tackle the raising unemployment challenge? In this TC we will find answers to these and related questions with an international group of youth workers. The main objective of this training course is o improve participants competence in guiding and supporting youngsters in increasing their E-factor. “E” stands for Education and for Employability.
