On the occasion of the 2010 European Year for Combating Poverty and Social Exclusion, Europe Direct Firenze announces the Photo Contest ‘NO1OUT’ under the theme: ‘Fight against poverty and social exclusion’. The challenge is to photograph a situation of poverty or social exclusion in the European Union.
Participants are asked to report, in a photo, a situation of poverty or social exclusion found in the territory of the European Union.
Prizes:
*Prize of the Technical Jury: 800 euros.
*Prize of the Popular Jury: 400 euros.
Application:
* Fill in the online application form
* Enclose your photo along with a short explanation(150 words max.) describing the theme represented in it, written in English or Italian
* Send out your application along with the photo and explanation to imagoeuropae@comune.fi.it
