Description:
The Reagan-Fascell Democracy Fellows Program, hosted by the National Endowment for Democracy (NED), offers five-month fellowships in Washington, D.C., for practitioners, scholars, and journalists from around the world to focus on democracy, human rights, and governance challenges.
