Description:
The Changemaker Xchange Summit is a unique global platform for young social innovators. The 2025 summit focuses on “Changemakers for the Planet,” bringing together 20 changemakers from the USA and Canada who are leading initiatives that tackle climate and environmental issues. The summit provides an opportunity for these changemakers to connect, collaborate, and exchange ideas in a supportive environment. The program includes workshops, networking events, and collaborative sessions designed to enhance the impact of their projects.
Eligibility:
This opportunity is open to young social innovators and changemakers from the USA and Canada who:
- Are between the ages of 18 and 35.
- Are actively leading or involved in projects focused on environmental or climate-related challenges.
- Have a demonstrated track record of creating positive social or environmental impact through their work.
- Are committed to participating fully in the summit and contributing to the Changemaker Xchange community.

The Changemaker Xchange program will fully cover all costs associated with participation in the summit, including:
- Round-trip travel expenses to the summit location.
