Description:

The Young Founders Programme offers a unique opportunity for 50 outstanding young entrepreneurs from emerging markets to participate in a 6-month fellowship. This program combines a transformative 5-day conference in Berlin with remote activities over the following months. Participants engage in mentoring, peer learning sessions, expert workshops, and benefit from a dedicated buddy programme. It aims to foster entrepreneurial excellence and global leadership among its diverse cohort of future business leaders.

Eligibility:

To qualify for the Young Founders Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Citizenship or residency in a developing or emerging country.
  • Establishment of a for-profit company in developing or emerging markets within the last five years.
  • Possession of a scalable business model that has generated revenue or secured initial external funding.
  • Demonstrable disruptive qualities aimed at enhancing industry quality, impact, or inclusiveness.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Availability to attend the digital kick-off conference and commit to participating in programme activities over the six-month duration.

How to apply?

The following form is the first phase of the application process and will provide a Programme Team with a general overview of the startup and profile. They may then request additional information and documentation. The application will take approximately 8 minutes. Only complete applications will be reviewed.
