Description
Vernadsky Challenge is an engineering startup competition with grant funding equivalent to USD 70 000.
They are interested in:
- space technologies: rockets, rocket launch mechanics, satellites, space engineering
- active bioelectronics: biotechnology medicine, prosthesis and exoskeletons, medical gadgets, medical equipment
The competition is being held since 2015 and was initiated by the philanthropist and Noosphere founder Max Polyakov. The mission of the Vernadsky Challenge is to help talented engineers develop their innovative products. The total sum granted to Vernadsky Challenge winners is EUR 220 000 years to date. 7 of 10 Vernadsky Challenge winners have taken part in CES and TechCrunch Disrupt, raised capital on Kickstarter and Indiegogo or received and investment from other contests and venture funds after their triumphant debut on our stage. 21 of 34 finalists have reached prototyping or manufacturing stage.
Best 10 startups pitches and Vernadsky Challenge finals will be held on April 17-18 within the Noosphere Space Summit. Do not miss the opportunity to receive grant funding, professional expertise and access to innovative scientific and technological solutions developed by Noosphere.
