Regional Training Alternative Urbanisation

Description

CDN is organising four regional trainings on the topic of Alternative Urbanisation. The topical emphasis of the training in Grodno will be on Role of public spaces in community building. Participants are expected to create Local Action Plans with other participants coming from the same country, and participate in mobilising others and conducting common activities in the next phase of the project (September – October).
The working language of the training will be Russian.

Eligibility

Young people aged 16-29 from Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus.

They are looking for young people from the above mentioned countries interested in topic regardless of their previous experience. Both urban activists and people who are new to this topic but keen on learning more and acting on the local level are encouraged to apply. The team will select participants respecting the criteria of gender and geographical balance, and taking into consideration the diversity of participants’ backgrounds regarding the event’s topic.

Costs

The full cost of travel and lodging (accommodation, food, and refreshments) during the international activity will be covered by the organiser.
