Want to start a new, innovative project/business and learn about the most recent developments in entrepreneurship? Are you a young professional, student or recent graduates from the Western Balkans and currently residing there? Are you between 18 and 25 years old? Do you have a good command of English?

The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) offers 18 fully-paid scholarships to young developers and start-uppers, young professionals, students and recent graduates from the Western Balkans.

Selected finalists will be immersed in a multicultural ecosystem with professionals and mentors from the world’s top institutions including business leaders from America, Europe, and Asia.

  • Young professionals, students and recent graduates from the Western Balkans;
  • Between 18 and 25 years old;
  • Good command of English.
