Forum on Activating Youth for Sustainability in Yerevan

Description

The EYP Armenia is a non-partisan and independent educational project which is tailored specifically to the needs of the European and Armenian young citizens. Today the EYP is one of the largest European platforms for political debate, intercultural encounters, political educational work and the exchange of ideas among young people in Europe with patronage from the Head of the European Parliament or Secretary General of the Council of Europe.

The EYP Armenia invites delegates for AYSOR International Forum of EYP Armenia on “Activating youth for sustainability: obtaining and rebuilding” which will take place on 19-25 November 2015 in Yerevan, Armenia. Around 150 participants from all over Europe will gather to brainstorm, discuss diverse topics in their respective committees, challenge each other and themselves, get to know various perspectives and see matters a bit differently. The AYSOR International Forum will be organised in the frames of the BASES (Building a Strong European Society) project with the support of German Federal Foreign Office.

Eligibility

The forum is open to young European and Armenian delegates aged 15-30.

Costs

Participation fee for Armenian Delegates is 5,000 AMD. Participation fee for International Delegates is EUR 50 which covers accommodation, meals, tours to Armenian Monasteries and forum materials. International Delegates are expected to arrive in Yerevan before midnight on 19 November. Departures are expected to start in the morning on 25 November. All International Delegates arriving at the Airport will be met by the Organising Team and transferred to the Guest House.
