European Western Balkans is the exclusive web portal that focuses on the Western Balkan countries and reports on development of the European Union’s enlargement policy towards these countries – Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo. The project is a joint collaboration of young academics from all Western Balkan countries with European experience.

Internship at European Western Balkans can help you improve your knowledge gained during your studies.

Eligibility

Young academics who have enrolled in the last year of undergraduate studies (minimum) and recent graduates who are interested in European integration process of Western Balkans countries.

They are primarily looking for students or graduates of social sciences (Political Science, Law, Economics, Security Studies, etc.), but we are encouraging students of other disciplines to apply as well. It is important for the candidates to posses basic knowledge of the EU enlargement agenda, to be citizens of Albania, Macedonia or Serbia, and to have the desire to gain new skills and experience. Last, but not the least, it is important for the candidates to be fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Benefits

You can benefit by gaining new skills, working with professionals, getting new experience. At this moment European Western Balkans is not able to provide financial compensation for the intern.
