Description
Placement Slovakia is an internship programme providing comprehensive service for individual students, graduates and young professionals from across the European Union interested in doing an internship in Slovakia. The are currently looking for a Recruitment Assistant who will help their team dedicated in organizing internships and work placements for foreign students and graduates in Slovakia. The Intern will have the following responsibilities:
- Advertising the opportunities on relevant job boards/university websites;
- Communication with foreign partners and searching of new ones;
- Communication with candidates;
- Collating and shortlisting CVs;
- Screening via telephone/skype calls, arrange interviews;
- Assisting to program manager in selection process;
Eligibility
The Internship position is open to a person who is:
- University/college student or graduate, HR specialization is welcome;
- previous experience with recruiting is welcome but not required;
- advanced level of English (speaking and writing);
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – advanced user;
- flexible and positive with proactive approach to work;
- communicative person with good speaking manners.
