Description
The Sustainable Procurement Practice Group (SPPG) at UNOPS leads the organization’s sustainable procurement practice and is responsible for all matters of organizational development in procurement and supply chain management.
The Policy, Training and Knowledge Management team ensures that UNOPS is aligned with best practices in procurement and supply chain management and helps to continuously improve UNOPS procurement practices and organizational maturity. The team also takes charges of visual design and branding of all procurement services and products and is responsible for all matters of knowledge management, training and education in sustainable procurement.
UNOPS is looking for a Product Design and Knowledge Management Analyst to support SPPG in the areas of knowledge management and product design and development.
The contract is for 1 year and the position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Eligibility
- Degree within Business Administration, Marketing, Communication and an experience in knowledge management, product design or marketing:
- Bachelor’s Degree + 4 years of experience
- Master’s Degree + 2 years of experience;
- Excellent computer skills at user level, in particular substantial expertise in video editing software and Microsoft products like PowerPoint and SharePoint required;
- Very good verbal and visual communication skills required;
- Very good to excellent writing and proof-reading skills required;
- Some understanding of the procurement processes, in particular of the public sector, will be considered an asset;
- Expertise in knowledge management (approach, IT tools, etc.) will be considered an asset;
- Fluency in English is required, working knowledge of an additional UN language, in particular French, is an asset.
Remuneration
Successful candidate will be remunerated on the contract level IICA 1.
