Description
Everyday, the European program Erasmus+ empowers youth projects with a citizen value, particularly in the framework of the European Voluntary Service. The French National Agency of Erasmus+ programme is organising the second edition of EVS Film festival with a video contest to encourage youngsters to show what citizenship means to them, with the theme – a famous Gandhi’s quote: “Be the change you want to see in the world”. This will be a great opportunity for everyone to share his/her vision of citizenship and to offer a creative way to exchange glances on civic engagement.
Eligibility
Every person living in Europe who is under 35-year old.
Award
The winner of the 1st prize will be invited to participate to a European seminar on video and youth projects which will be held in Marseilles in the second half of October 2014.
The 4 winners will be rewarded with one camera worth 250 €.
Application
All films must be in French or in English (or be subtitled in one of these languages) and should last less than 3 minutes. All film genres are welcome (fiction, animation, documentary, etc) Post your video on this website and fill in the following form.
