Description
Have you ever thought how to make the transition from school to the working place? Have you ever thought what your career goal is and how can you make it true, which skills you need in order to find a job, how to make the right decisions and which are your rights and responsibilities in the working place?
During time, when unemployment between the Youth in Macedonia is 54,87%! “Youth Can” offers you a unique chance to create your personal strategy for finding a job and also opportunity to get closer to your career goal by organizing Trainings divided in 5 MODULES:
- MODULE 1 – Preparation of career goal and personal development
(5-6 May) – Trainer: Lazar Gjurov, PhD in economic sciences, expert in the area of Leadership and individual and personal development, President of the Institute of Personal and Organizational development “Simbiotika”
- MODULE 2 – Job search and job application (CV and Cover letter), and job interview (presentation and communication skills)
(19-20 May) – Trainer: Ana Piskaceva, BA in communication and trainer in Lucca Leadership
- MODULE 3 – Decision making, creative thinking, problem solving and time management
(2-3 June) Trainer: Lazar Gjurov, PhD
- MODULE 4 – Once I get the job, what are my rights and responsibilities?
(16-17 June) Trainer: Lendita Ajdini, BA in Law and Youth Worker
- MODULE 5 – Presentation of the individual action plans by the participants
(23 June) Facilitators: Ivan Jovanov – Coordinator of the project
Aleksandra Simoska – Assistant coordinator of the project
Venue
The trainings will be held in the City Library “Braka Miladinovci” – Skopje.
Costs
These trainings are FREE of charge and presence is obligatory in every module for 25 selected candidates. The candidates that will finish all 5 modules successfully will be awarded with certificates.
Eligibility
The trainings are open to young people from Macedonia aged 18-25.
The trainings will be held in Macedonian language.

Candidates that applied will be called for a selection interview from 23 to 27 April. 25 selected candidates will be notified by 30 April.
