Amnesty International is running a European-wide photo competition as part of its Fight Discrimination in Europe Campaign. If you can answer the following questions, then you should participate:
* Do you have powerful images that promote the value of a society without prejudice?
* Can you illustrate the importance of tolerance and respect for diversity?
* How do you challenge misconceptions, reverse stereotypes and engage people to counter discrimination?

Everyone over 14 years, except professional photographers
Application
You can either submit your application online or send your image by post or by email. If you wish to do so, download the PDF file with the instructions and application form and send it by post to:

The photos must be accompanied by the enclosed form to be filled in by the contestants with their personal details (name, surname, age, country of residence) and contact details (postal address, email address, phone number), and with a brief description of the photo (max 150 words).
Requirements
* formats allowed: jpeg
* photos can be both colour and black and white
* the photos must be original and must not have been previously published elsewhere in professional materials
* each contestant can only submit one entry
Award
The 12 best photos will be used to produce calendars and other campaigning materials within Amnesty International Fight Discrimination in Europe campaign.
