Terms of Participation
The first step
Start by first submiting your CV, then you can record your video (in English or your local language).
Share your participation with your friends, family and university class. Ask them to vote for you.
All videos constructed and ‘posted’ in response to the theme –How will this internship shape your future?– will be automatically entered for a chance to win a one (1) three (3) month global internship, and country specific prizes (if any). The video must have a maximum length of three minutes to be considered.
Prizes
Country Finals
The country finalist will be elected by EF Education First Ltd based on the complete participant information and creativity and originality of the video created. The winner of each Country Final will be invited to the Global Final.
Global Final
- Entry to the Global Final will be granted to the winners of the Country Finals. In the Global Final, a concluding task and/or interview will be announced on which the finalists will be judged.
- The winner will be chosen by a panel of judges chosen by EF. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the decision process. The prize will not be transferable to another person, and no part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize. If an advertised prize is not available, EF Education First reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. The closing date for the competition will be March, 31st 2011.
- If you win a prize, you will be notified by EMAIL by April 7th , 2011. Winners will have 15 days from notification to accept their prize by replying to the email. Failure to acknowledge this email notification will result in forfeit of prize, and no recourse will be allowed. EF Education First Ltd will also announce the winners by April 5th, 2011 on the competition website. The competition is not open to employees of EF or their family members.
