Lucca Leadership is a global not-for-profit organisation dedicated to helping young people harness their innate leadership potential, discover their passion and live their vision. The goal is to support and guide young leaders as they develop the skills and confidence to lead effective transformation in their communities.
Lucca Leadership Macedonia, one of the 7 affiliates of the global Lucca Leadership network, invites young people, aged 16-35 and living in the Western Balkan Countries to apply for the Leadership in Action week-end training program.
The participants will have the opportunity to:
* Experience practical ways to increase awareness of themselves and others
* Get to grips with making ethical decisions
* Discover how to manage their emotions to respond effectively in challenging situations
* Learn how to match their leadership style to the needs of the moment
* Learn to lead through speech and to create real dialogue in situation of conflict
* Develop a key framework for leading in any situation
* Learn how to motivate a team and themselves to meet the need
* Consider their vision for positive change in society and how to best serve your community
