Istanbul University is a state university located in the largest city in Turkey, Istanbul. It is one of the oldest universities in the world, established some five centuries ago when Mehmed II conquered Constantinople (Istanbul) in 1453. Its seventeen faculties (Faculty of Political Sciences, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Journalism, Faculty of Letters and Social Sciences, Faculty of Sciences, Istanbul Medical School, Cerrahpasa Medical School, Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Pharmacy, Hasan Ali Yucel Faculty of Education, Faculty of Dentistry, Faculty of Forestry, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Veterinary Sciences, Faculty of Business Administration, Faculty of Communication, Faculty of Water Products, and Faculty of Theology) are spread on five campuses. Istanbul University’s major campus is located on Beyaz?t Square. It hosts more than 60,000 undergraduate and postgraduate students.

I have been calling to the main campus of Istanbul University for the last three days but no one is answering to me. I couldn't find anyone who could speak English.I am in great trouble and need some help from your kind institution but no one is responding.I have been awarded MS Leading to PhD scholarship by Higher Education Commission Pakistan (HEC) to pursue my studies in Turkey under HEC overseas scholarship scheme, after fulfilling all the academic requirements and Graduate Assessment Test (GAT). HEC has directed me to secure admission in your esteemed organization.Unfortunately I applied in the Istanbul Technical University instead of Istanbul university.I have attached copies of all educational documents and also the email by Higher Education Commission Pakistan that was sent to me that includes the Istanbul University where I can apply for graduate program.Please give me some special favor and allow me to make my application for the spring semester, because if I might not able to secure my admission in spring semester Higher education commission will cancel my scholarship.Higher Education Commission Pakistan has already sent all my credentials to your institution.Please do me favor and give me some time for making my application.
